User Agreement

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") regarding your use of Elwaha, AI-Generated Instant Messaging product (the "Product"). By accessing or using the Product, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Product.

3.2 You are solely responsible for the content you send, share, or receive through the Product.
3.3 You agree not to use the Product for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Product is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and messages.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Product, including AI algorithms, software, and any generated content, are owned by the Company.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1 The Product uses AI technology, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the generated content.
6.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Product.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Product at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product.

8. Updates and Changes

The Company may update or modify the Product, including its features and functionalities, at any time without notice.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Hong Kong, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

By using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement.
